CommuteAir Lifts Off with Seamless Crew Logistics Support from TA Connections

Regional airline and United Express partner CommuteAir needed to find a reliable, robust crew logistics system that could integrate with their existing in-house scheduling system.

From the back-end IT implementation down to the direct, onsite training with our crews, TA Connections account managers traveled with CommuteAir to personally train their teams on TA Crew Hub and ensure the crew management team understood the new platform. 

With automated crew lodging and logistics, TA Crew Hub has reduced CommuteAir’s crew management workload and improved communication with crew members. And with TA Crew Hub’s self-service booking tools like a mobile app, crews have enjoyed the autonomy to book their own rooms at pre-negotiated, discounted rates.
